How many roads must a van roll down?
Well, here we are again...out in the autumn mix of songs and late night drives. Feels good to have it back in my nose...the van already has the fresh aroma of MidWestern bars and heartbreak...it's wonderful.
We have played some great shows over the past few days...met some great people too... Milwaukee seems to have the most vocal audiences...willing to yell out strange compliments in the form of off color antidotes...and I think thats what made Milwaukee famous.
We have played in some new cities...like Kent Ohio...made famous (or infamous rather) by none other than Mr. Neil Young. I am very happy to report we saw no signs of police brutality. Only thing we found were some sweet potato burritos and friendly locals.
Very pleased to have been back to Madison last night. Took the stage after the presidential debates...(those are always good for a few drinking games)...The Majestic Theater is a jewel set near the capitol. Had a bit of rough sound but we weathered the storm and soaked in the sweet faces in the crowd.
I plan on keeping you posted with pictures and short clips from the road...and like many of my plans, they are often delayed. I hear by promise to break my old habits and get myself in fear.
Love to you all...and thank you...some of you have no idea..(that means you Ron, Lindsey & Chris)
